Dec 31, 2011 · I tried everything you suggested but the laptop still won't connect to the internet. It CAN connect to the wireless network fine, and indeed accessed a document on another computer on the wireless network, and also printed to a wireless printer, but it just cannot access the internet. The wifi router seems to be working fine and the other Extender won't connect to internet So I have had my extender about 10 months now and no real problems that I was aware of. I recently upgraded my router so went to update the information for it with the extender and have now run into issues with it even connecting to the device.
